A camera system is only worth what it captures. Cameras aimed at glare, mounted where a hood blocks the face, or recording to a DVR nobody ever checked the settings on — we see it constantly, and it's usually discovered the day after something happened. Our job is to make sure that when you need footage, it exists, it's clear, and you can pull it up.

How a typical job goes
We start with a walkthrough — in person or over the phone with photos. We look at entrances, exits, blind spots, lighting at night, and where cable can actually run in your building. Then you get a plain-language scope: how many cameras, where, what they'll cover, and what it takes to install. On install day we run and terminate the cabling cleanly, mount and aim each camera, configure the recorder, and walk you through pulling footage before we leave.

Running camera cable through a prewar walk-up in Brooklyn is nothing like wiring a new office build-out in Midtown. Plaster-and-lath walls, shared risers, landlord and co-op board requirements, tight ceiling space — this is where trained, licensed installers earn their keep.
